How a Scout may earn this Honor
1) He may have done an outstanding job in the field of advancement
2) He may have performed a heroic deed
3) He may have overcome some hardship or handicap
4) He may have done any deed or performed any service that has brought credit to his troop, his family, his community, his fellow man, thus by living up to the Scout Oath and Law
